Agree

Once you have agreed what you will be teaching you can start to define what success looks like and the reports you will produce. Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each relevant learning objective will help focus on the areas important to your school. At this stage it's important to keep referring back to your principles to ensure everything is in line.

  Are you clear on what you will be measuring

  Have you identified how you will know when a child has        'got it'

  Consider when you will measure, weekly? At half term?

    Think about issues some people may have over            measuring

    Link back to your principles of assessment

    Include the role FrogProgress will play in measuring

  Discuss how you will distribute reports

  Think about what your KPIs will be

    Look at KPIs from a whole school approach

    Decide what the best option for you is
